So you don’t think our culture is coming apart around the seams?
My wife and I watched a documentary the other day in which one of the talking heads appeared to be a woman with a man’s voice and a man’s broad shoulders. “Is this a guy?” Patty wondered.
Well, of course it was a guy, never mind calling himself “Caitlin” and wearing lots of makeup. We looked him up on Wikipedia. He is a man who has had his male business chopped off so he can say he’s a woman. He is now living as a lesbian with an apparently real woman who is his “partner.”
This puzzled my wife. “I don’t get it!” she said. “Why go through all that surgery just so he could end up ‘partnering’ with a woman?”
“Oh, that’s easy,” I answered. “He is an intensely disturbed human being.”
I should add that this deeply addled man has been showered with academic honors and literary trophies–and I wonder if he would’ve gotten them if he weren’t going around pretending to be a woman. In this deeply addled and perverted age, that’s what they’re really honoring him for.

I’d like to tell you you are wrong, Lee, but I can’t. My experience with homosexuals is they are obsessed with sex. Maybe this guy was a strike-out with women, so becoming one made it easier for him to hook up with women – just saying.
