I saw one! It was night-time, and he was trotting along down the sidewalk, long hair flowing in the night breeze, hooves going clippety-clop. It was quite interesting. I don’t think he saw me, but who knows? They might have really good night vision.
Never seen one… but that doesn’t mean they are not real.

This centaur skeleton is on display at a museum in Tucson, Arizona. The museum says it’s a fake. Well, they should know.

I think the fact they can’t find a complete skeleton, only top half or bottom half, doesn’t look too promising. However, ancient representation of Centaurs make me wonder why this mythical creature captured so many imaginations and if we were to hypothesize their origins where would we begin?

Although the poll question was likely in jest, I’ve decided to take a more thoughtful approach in responding in view of the time in which we find ourselves.
In your January 11, 2016 post ‘Mad Scientists and Human-Animal Hybrids’ you mention that scientists are growing human organs in animals (among other things).
Ecclesiastes 1:9-11 states:
9. The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.
10. Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.
11. There is no remembrance of former things; neither shall there be any remembrance of things that are to come with those that shall come after.
Genesis 6 hints at more going on than the fallen angels and daughters of Adam making giants.
While the Book of Enoch is extra-biblical, it is referenced by Peter and Jude.
Enoch 7:1-6 states:
1. And all the others together with them took unto themselves wives, and each chose for himself one, and they began to go in unto them and to defile themselves with them, and they taught them charms and enchantments, and the cutting of roots, and made them acquainted with plants. 2. And they became pregnant, and they bare great giants, whose height was three thousand ells: 3. Who consumed all the acquisitions of men. And when men could no longer sustain them, 4. the giants turned against them and devoured mankind. 5. And they began to sin against birds, and beasts, and reptiles, and fish, and to devour one another’s flesh, and drink the blood. 6. Then the earth laid accusation against the lawless ones.
All that said, it is not beyond the realm of possibility. Hybrids, genetic manipulation, artificial intelligence, quantum physics, transhumanism, etc. – no new thing under the sun.
Have I ever seen one? No. Could we expect to? Well, in view of where we are in the timeline, the possibility exists. We classify mythology a ‘myth’, but is it? As it was in the days of Noah . . .
We can only pray the whole cracked humanist scheme unravels before they really do get around to making monsters and springing them on us.
