Our ‘Racist’ National Parks

Does he look like a racist?

(Thanks to Linda for tipping me off to this story.)

Did you know our country’s national parks are… racist? Oh, yeah–Yellowstone, Mt. Rushmore, the Everglades, Yosemite, and all the rest. Racist.

This is according to an impeached federal judge, a former manager of the Seattle City Race and Social Justice Initiative, and a couple of the usual academic dingbats ( http://www.dcclothesline.com/2016/05/21/leftwing-lunacy-trees-national-parks-are-racist/ ). Note: if your city has a “race and social justice initiative,” your city has too much money and needs a budget cut.

The parks must be racist, I guess, because you can’t find anybody from our urban utopias going there to play knockout. But what are these dopes complaining about? The problem can be quickly and easily fixed.

All the government has to do is to declare that such places as Detroit, Camden, the South Bronx, etc., are now national parks, to be preserved just as they are, in perpetuity, so that future generations can enjoy them. No one will complain about these parks being “too white”!

Real racism in America–the real kind, the kind that does real harm–is a problem that has been solved, insofar as human beings can solve it. What remains is mostly silly stuff along with a great deal of imaginary stuff.

This is because race hustlers and other Democrats never wanted racism to be solved in the first place: it’s very hard to make a lot of money as a race hustler if there isn’t any racism. Next thing you know, they’re going to be complaining about the “Semite” in Yosemite.

Over the past seven years, leftids have made real progress in undoing racial peace and harmony. They will never stop trying.

By the way, it’s a sin to stir up strife among people who would otherwise be at peace with one another.

Judgment Day is not going to be a good day for people who have done that.

  1. Wow, Lee, I think you may have stumbled upon the next Yosemite problem – never mind Old Faithful – it’s a Semite problem! What’s in a name?

The absurdity of racist trees and national parks – well, even sitting up all night would never have produced this thought from my brain. What do you suppose Joe Collidge has to say about it? He may never have been to a national park either, preferring the brick and mortar campus buildings and the ‘safe zones’ provided, lest a hostile race of trees rise up!.

You’re right – it’s a sin to stir up strife among people, but Satan and his minions relish doing just that.

Idiocy! Just plain Idiocy! So outlandish that’s it’s nearly impossible to laugh at this.

  2. Yes, Linda, I don’t find it funny at all. Once when I watched a memorial service honoring forest fire fighters who had died, one official took the podium and said, “we are here to honor those who have sacrificed their lives to save our “international forests” “. Say what? these forests are located in north central Washington State.

    1. Another problem is that much of our country – again without our permission – has been sold to foreign interests. Mineral rights, anyone?

  3. “This is because race hustlers and other Democrats never wanted racism to be solved in the first place: it’s very hard to make a lot of money as a race hustler if there isn’t any racism.”

  4. On the many forms requiring my attention during many of the tests lately, the question invariably comes up – what is your gender? And there are only two choices: male or female. Imagine. Forms supplied by the government and the medical profession not realizing gender is fluid. Hmmm. . . I had my little bit of fun asking them if they were allowed to ask me such a question and were they not aware that gender is now fluid? Most of them were young people, and even they saw the absurdity in it all.

  5. Here’s another one especially for you, Lee. Not the article. It’s absurd and rather disgusting. There’s a little 45-second video at the end that has about 20 or 30 hummingbirds singing and bathing in a little watered cube. Splendid! Honestly, if I were more adept at computers, I would’ve eliminated the article and just given you the little video, but, alas, I’m not :\

    1. They’re wondrous little creatures. We have a feeder on our porch and they come here every day. While the do come during the day, their favorite times seem to be dusk and dawn. I wonder if you put up a feeder, maybe they would come. Don’t get discouraged if they don’t show up right away. They need time to discover the feeder, but once the do, they’ll continue to bless you with their presence daily. If you decide to do that, choose a feeder with a red base. Hummingbirds are attracted to the color red. And there’s a hummingbird nectar you can purchase, or you can do what we do. We mix 1 part regular granulated sugar to 2 parts filtered water. Don’t use regular tap water. Too much chlorine and other contaminants. Spring water is best.

  6. I have been to Yosemite. many times, even hiking to the top of Half-Dome for a great view (it takes a whole day to get up there). How sad the fires are causing it to be temporarily closed. We have hummingbirds in our backyard all day and evening long. They are so fast, yet they can remain still in mid-air. They can sure be rowdy with each other when it comes to whose turn it is to suck on the nectar in their feeders. Maybe the national forests are sexist also since more males visit them than females.
