How did God ever think of this, when He was creating the heavens and the earth–giving us these little furry things to love, that would love us back? The goodness and the sweetness and the thoroughness of God: as Steve Brown would say, you think about that!
They are the dearest little animals. I love both dogs and cats, but cats are champions at showing affection.
While I was watching this video, my little cat came over and started loving me up. She watched the cat on the iPad screen right along with me, purring and cuddling all the while.
Cats (and dogs) are a divine gift.
