Hey, I know post-modern libs and other such forms of life don’t attach much value to the truth–but this is getting ridiculous. And dangerous.
The European Parliament has voted to lift Marine Le Pen’s parliamentary immunity, and if a second vote goes through, she could be hit with three years in prison and a 75,000-euro fine ( http://www.breitbart.com/london/2017/03/01/marine-le-pen-lose-parliamentary-immunity-tweets-2015/ ). Ms. Le Pen is running for president of France–and currently ahead in the polls–as the sanity candidate who wants to save her country from destroying itself with crazy EU immigration policies.
She scares the dickens out of libs, and look for them to do anything, just about, to stop her.
Le Pen’s “crime”, committed two years ago, was “publishing violent images” of what ISIS was doing to its victims. The EU tinhorns are much more committed to suppressing awareness of Islamic violence than they are to suppressing the violence itself. So it’s a crime to let the public know about it.
Sometimes it takes a woman to do the job the men won’t do–saving France.
Look for President Le Pen to lead France out of the EU–toot sweet, as they say.
So much of the world has gone insane that this doesn’t surprise me. Truth is rare these days – especially in politics.

Indeed! I recall reading an interview wherein he stated that he tried sex as part of The Parent Trap and learned his lesson. He avoided the subject entirely, thereafter.

That’s astounding, Linda. Disney used to be relatively safe ground, but these days both the company and its products are things I prefer to avoid. Basically, it’s a completely different outfit, branded as Disney, but far removed from the products of Walt Disney.
Our only defense is to stay in The Lord and His Word – Daily! Childhood is so different today, which saddens me for our young people who will never know how nearly idyllic ours was.

Yes Erlene, the entertainment industry is pushing the LGBT agenda hard. I have completely stopped watching many shows because of it, and I don’t miss them at all. We warned that one of the consequences of legalizing same sex marriage and normalizing homosexuality is that it would be taught to our children, and now here it is. American, and the Western world, continues its spiral into paganism and moral depravity.
The small but powerful LGBT lobby keeps changing the social fabric of our land, and we continue to do nothing. No asked for same sex marriage, or transgender bathrooms, or teaching homosexuality to our children. We the people never got a say on it. When states did allow people to vote on same sex marriage, it was overwhelmingly voted against. But guess what, the legislature overrode the will of the people and did what they wanted. So much for democracy.
If you were to tell someone 50 years ago there would be same sex marriage in the 21st century, I’m pretty sure they would be shocked. Such a thing had never been heard of before. Even the depraved minds of Sodom and Gomorrah never dreamt of such a thing. This is not the same country I was born into, and I’m not even that old. The culture has changed so drastically in such a short time that more and more I feel like a stranger in my own country. But I have a newfound appreciation for the early Christians. This is the kind of world they were born into, but there’s was even worse. It must have taken tremendous courage to not conform to the culture of their day. My desire is to be more like them.
While I don’t give this the same weight as inspired scripture, I have read that Jewish oral tradition taught that the flood was brought upon mankind after they sanctioned same sex marriages. The feeling I got was that was sort of the last straw.

That is astounding. I’ve always felt that the issues would become quite stark before God renders judgement and this would seem to fit that description. Basically, these people will do anything to take a stand against the values of the Bible.
It always seems to revolve around abortion, LGBTQ issues and global warming. My theory is that by refusing to acknowledge the Creator, they are leaving a void, which they fill with values of their own choosing, conveniently supplied by Satan himself.
Amen! They want to push Our Lord as far away from this nation as possible. It’s a fearsome thing to me every time I read in the Bible that God turned his Face away from a people! The days of Noah are indeed upon us. God help us!

I don’t think that it could be much more focused than that. There are many people today that reject God’s standards. They WANT human rulership, because human rulers allow them to indulge their lusts and passions. They WANT human rulership, because they don’t want to be held responsible to any real authority, the authority of the One True God.
