Something to Make You Smile

If this video doesn’t put a smile on your face, I don’t know what will.

My cats were running around like these kittens, this evening, after they had their supper. Don’t you wish you had that kind of energy? People would enjoy life more if they chased each other around and under tables, don’t you think?

  1. Such a perfect antidote for the news. These little guys aren’t part of fallen mankind, they are just as God made them. It’s obvious that they are having a lot of fun.

  2. Their exuberance and jubilation are very contagious, but, oh for just a teeny bit of their energy. 🙂

    1. You said a mouthful. A few years back, I read a short book about people that had been assisted by cats in some important way. The common thread was that all of these people felt strongly that their cat was of Divine providence and that their cat saved them by coming into their life.

My cat was a stray, living near my office. When I saw that she had kittens I started putting out food and water. The kittens were feral, but the mother became quite tame. When the kittens reached an age of viability, I had the mother cat spayed and took her home.

She is the first living thing I see every morning and the last that I see every night. She seems quite grateful to have a home and I’m just as grateful to have her. It’s a good arrangement.

  3. That was a great way to start my week, Linda. My little cat is never far from me, when I’m at home, and she does wonders. That constant source of love and affection can’t help but make me feel better.

    1. Beautiful! The video is a great way to start a week–but it shows a great way to start a life. That baby is truly blessed.

    2. Lee, did you see the one just above that one – about the autistic girl? Outstanding!

    3. You just made my day. There’re so many wonderful things in that video. A tiny infant who is still fully aware of mankind’s place in this world and of the role animals play. Then there’s the kitten, itself quite young and inexperienced, yet it visits the baby and seems to enjoy the arrangement. There’s a lot of “God’s stuff” in that video, and it’s all ticking away like a Swiss watch.
