It was Elijah, himself, who was informed that there were 7,000 in Israel whom had not bent knee to Baal, and would be spared the destruction coming upon the disobedient. When I see those young men, publicly professing their devotion to the God of Israel, the God of Elijah, I feel a bit less isolated. Satan wants to discourage us and make us feel alone in our efforts to please the One True God, but we are far from alone.

Makes me even prouder that Michael was a Marine – Force Recon – Vietnam. (by the way, there have only been 400 to 600 active duty Force Recon Marines at any given time.) Mine earned 2 Purple Hearts and a Bronze Star in ‘Nam.
My Uncle Ferdie was a Marine in WWII. They sent him to Puerto Rico to be chauffeur to an admiral.
