Princeton’s War on ‘Aggressive Masculinity’

According to the pinheads running Princeton University, their campus is a seething hive of sexual criminals, all of them male. But not to worry! Princeton is going to combat “aggressive masculinity” by hiring a certified clinician as a “men’s engagement manager” (https://www.thecollegefix.com/post/34858/). For those who don’t speak liberal, “aggressive/hyper masculinity” means “any masculinity.”

This is your higher education idiocy moment of the day. Until a worse one comes along.

According to P.U., one in four female students is a “survivor” of sexual harassment, assault, dating violence, or stalking. Gee, who knew? I guess from time to time the male students get tired of playing with Play-Doh and sneak out to terrorize the girls.

They haven’t hired the “men’s engagement manager” yet. If you see an ad that says “Help Wanted: Idiot,” it’s probably theirs.

These are your tuition dollars at work. Obviously the college has much more money than is good for it. The funds need to be cut back until they can’t afford to hire diversity experts, gender counselors, men’s engagement managers, etc.

If America’s university system is doing anything other than perpetrating an endless string of costly tomfoolery upon the nation, I’d like to know about it.

  1. One thing comes to mind; the pendulum has swung very far to the left, but sooner or later it will move to the left and when it does, the people promoting such folly will find themselves unemployable and, quite likely, unwanted in polite society. Eventually, the situation will reverse, probably rapidly.

1 Cor 1:27 ” . . . God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong”.

    1. Another Scripture comes to mind:

John 21:3-6 Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee. They went forth, and entered into a ship immediately; and that night they caught nothing. But when the morning was now come, Jesus stood on the shore: but the disciples knew not that it was Jesus. Then Jesus saith unto them, Children, have ye any meat? They answered him, No. And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.

Jesus always taught on many levels, and when He told them to fish ‘on the right side of the boat’ I believe He was talking about more than fishing for fish. They were to be fishers of men. The further left, the further from God. Therefore, keep right!

  2. Apparently the universities in this country expect the job market for wimpy, spineless crybabies to be booming. I do hope someone is manning (that could be a poor choice of words) the safe space. It could get overcrowded with the disappointed unemployables.

    1. One can’t help but wonder what the life course of the people thusly educated could ever be. My guess is under-employed, angry and a refusal to take any responsibility.

  3. Male masculinity is actually a huge issue, it affects all aspects of society and is not just about crimes. Most importantly negative aspects of masculine ideologies result in an interesting statistic around suicide and homicide. The percentage of people who commit suicide, that are male, consist of 83% of the total death rate by suicide. One reason that a lot of scholars look to is the fact that men are 40% less likely to become depressed or more importantly are 40% less likely to discuss their depression. This is because males feel that doing so is an act of none masculine behaviour. While I agree that Princeton may not be handling this exact situation correctly, this issue is still very important.
