Feminists: Pumpkin Spice Latte is Racist

Leftids don’t even try to make sense anymore. Random brain activity spews straight out of their mouths.

For instance: A feminist gaggle calling themselves “Ultra Violet” has claimed that Starbuck’s Pumpkin Spice Latte is racist and you are a racist if you buy some because a couple of Starbuck’s franchises are on properties owned by Donald Trump who owns a lot of properties and everybody knows President Donald Trump is a white supremacist so when you have a Pumpkin Spice Latte you are helping to fund white supremacy (http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/pumpkin-spice-lattes-fund-white-supremacy-in-trump-white-house-according-to-feminist-group/article/2634193?utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Examiner+Today&utm_source=StructureCMS)–Huff, puff, aaah! [pause to hyperventilate]

Uh, what about the other flavors? If you go into a Starbuck’s and order some other kind of latte, are you still a white supremacist? What makes all the other flavors all right, if indeed they are all right and don’t turn you into a Ku Klux Klanner when you drink one? “One latte makes you racist, but another makes you pure…”

Does anyone still think feminism serves any kind of useful purpose?

  1. As the article progresses, they mention the “Donate” buttons on the website and that this is probably a publicity stunt to build traffic knowing that a small percentage of visitors will donate.

Starbuck’s itself, is about as far to the Left as one can get politically. I avoid giving them my business, but it’s not a big deal to me either way.

  2. Er, um, let’s see…. Pumpkin pies (and their associated spices) are associated with Thanksgiving, and Thanksgiving is a celebration of white supremacism when the evil Pilgrims conquered and oppressed the innocent and peace-loving Native Americans. So ordering pumpkin spice lattes is a reclaiming of the white supremacist stance and being a hater of non-whites. Of course, you have to ignore the fact that the original Thanksgiving was a dinner the Pilgrims gave to the Indians in gratitude for all the help the Indians had given them, and it was actually an instance of different kinds of people learning to live together and help each other. But what the hey, if there were white people and nonwhite people in the same place at the same time, the white people must by definition have been haters oppressing the nonwhite people, and if you disagree with me you’re a hater yourself and should be beaten up. Correct? Did I get it right? May I get up now and stop bleeding?

  3. I saw this story on “Tucker” last night. When the woman guest was trying to explain the reasoning behind it, she confessed she is a feminist. I asked my wife, “What is a feminist?” She no longer knows.

  4. Would I be considered a racist bigot if I went to Starbucks (which I avoid) and ordered one of their White Chocolate Mocha Lattes? Large!

    1. This is a surprise, since the very name ‘white chocolate’ seems like a target lol

  5. This is exactly the reason I refuse to go to anything that has a name starting with “womens'” Oh, and somehow, vacational greetings just doesn’t seem to do it for me.
