I’ve always wanted to have a bunny as a pet, but never managed it. Now I guess the cats would veto it. I don’t know about you, but I loved watching this little guy romp around with his ball. As much as I love them, lizards and turtles just don’t do stuff like this. It would probably be shocking if they did.
It’s definitely having fun. What a cute little critter.
I’ve had 3 rabbits at different times in my life. I’ve always loved them for some reason, even though they are not nearly as sociable as dogs and cats.
What a little cutie! I wonder what he finds so fascinating about that toy. I once had a rabbit – not exactly mine though.
We lived in farm country and had all sorts of critters, including a burro that we could ride. But ‘my bunny’ was set apart from the rest of the bunnies. They called her a breeder, (I called her Sandy) which I guess was fortunate for her and for me.
House rabbits take a lot of care and commitment. The House Rabbit Society is a great site to learn about caring for them. We have had house rabbits since 1989. They do better if they are bonded. Our current elderly bunny will be our last because we are now elderly ourselves.
