So Who Needs Hands to Open Doors?

You’d almost swear those lever-style doorknobs were purposely designed so that cats could open doors. It also sure looks like all a cat as to do is look at it for a bit, and will soon figure out how it works.

This video also answers the question posed by the song, “Who Let the Dogs Out?”

  1. I did not want my cat to see this. He gets up in the middle of the night and bangs on the lower kitchen cabinet doors- very annoying. He can get in, but he seems to just enjoy banging the doors.

    1. I had a cat, a big cobby Persian, who could open doors inward just by giving them a massive rabbit punch, hard enough to pop the latches. My current cat was so good at pulling cabinet drawers open and getting into — or behind! — them that I finally had to get childproofing latches for most of them.

It’s funny, because I thought of the same song while watching the video, but before reading your comment.
