Cats in All the Wrong Places

If you look for love in all the wrong places, you won’t find it. But if you look for cats in unexpected places–well, that’s where they usually are!

Somehow this reminds me of the time my kid brother went missing and we had the neighbors, police, and fire department looking high and low for him–and I mean they looked everywhere. Everywhere, that is, except behind my father’s easy chair in a corner of the living room. The little nincompoop climbed down behind it and then fell sound asleep. And don’t think he was a toddler when he cut this caper.

  1. I was amazed by the second clip, the car disappearing into the couch. What is it about these critters and confined spaces?

I have to give a shout out to Larry Carlton, who I am certain was the guitarist playing on the soundtrack of that clip. Much of what I know about the Blues came from Larry Carlton’s recordings. A truly great musician.

    1. Cats seem to have an affinity for hiding, and seem to especially love hiding in a box, then reaching out and grabbing you in a lightning fast move. They are a true gift.

  2. Cats are so entertaining – even when they’re not trying! They sure do seem to love boxes, small paces and even vases lol
