No, I’m not making this up. A woman has sued the California Dept. of Fish and Wildlife and the Natural Resources Agency for refusing to recognize the existence of the Sasquatch, aka Bigfoot, and thereby leaving the state’s residents open to… “the threat of Bigfoot” (https://www.sfgate.com/weird/article/california-woman-suing-state-agencies-over-bigfoot-12610598.php). The lawsuit has been filed in San Bernardino Superior Court.
The state is falling apart at the seams, and they’ve got time to hear a Bigfoot suit?
“People are totally vulnerable to these things,” the woman says. She is described as “well-known in the Bigfoot community.” Great Scott.
I wonder what the state of California would consider a frivolous lawsuit.
It’s about time! If the state can’t protect us from our imaginary problems, what good are they? Gotta go, time to see my phrenologist. 🙂

Well, if she is well-known in the Bigfoot community who can say anything against that? Let her win the lawsuit and with the money paid out she and her community can put up Bigfoot warning posts all over the Sierra Nevada mountain range. California wastes money on trains to nowhere, why not money for this?

I’m a Bigfoot enthusiast, but this woman should be counter sued for wasting valuable court time. She didn’t see any Bigfeet and she knows she didn’t see any. She is a STONE COLD LIAR who is wasting hard working people’s tax dollars to push her crazy agenda as a member of a Bigfoot research organization. I’m not saying Bigfeet don’t exist- but I am saying this woman is a STONE COLD LIAR and can’t she be sued for perjury if this lawsuit goes ahead?
Lee in fairness, plants are easily confused. Unless I’ve got my science wrong, they only have very small brains. Back in the real world, did you ever read the Roald Dahl short horror story about a man who suddenly can hear plants speak? The story ends with him listening to what happens when someone brings out a lawn mower….
