Presbyterian Minister Blesses Planned Parenthood Abortion Mill

(Stoke up the fire…)

Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh His name in vain.   –the Third Commandment (Exodus 20:7)

There’s joy in Hell whenever an ordained minister of the Gospel does a thing like this. Presbyterian “Reverend” Marvin Ellison recently blessed a Planned Parenthood abortion mill, denounced abortion’s critics, and even volunteered to be its chaplain (http://www.lifenews.com/2018/05/11/presbyterian-minister-blesses-planned-parenthood-abortion-clinic-in-gods-name-volunteers-as-its-chaplain/). What–couldn’t he find a job at Buchenwald?

“In the name of all that is holy and good,” the apostate intoned, “Planned Parenthood your name is blessed.” This happened in Portland, Maine.

Is there a church that this evil man can be kicked out of?

  1. A similar ceremony occurred recently in Bethesda , MD. If they can be ministers, so can I. I’ll dust off my United Life Church Minister’s credential. At least I wouldn’t be a minister of the devil.

  2. 2 Timothy 4:3-4 New American Standard Bible (NASB)

3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, 4 and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths.

This says it all. Want some depravity in your life without guilt, just hire some fool wearing vestments to tell you it’s ok to go against scripture.

    1. There may be something to this. I seriously believe that something strange is going on. I don’t claim to know what, but I’d venture to say that there is some sort of mass delusion at play. I see so many imbecillic ideas being express that I am astounded. The late sixties were somewhat like this, but not nearly to this degree.

    2. It really is hard to understand some of what I see going on. Much of it is destructive in nature; people so convinced of their opinions that they never take note of whether their solutions will make things better or make things worse.

I’m not surprised to see a clergyman taking the actions described above, but it strikes me that this fellow is much more concerned about currying favor with humans than he is with pleasing God. But in the context of the news stories we see almost daily, it’s no surprise. What amazes me is the rhetoric of some politicians which reveals more than they probably should be revealing with regard to their thinking processes. I’m beginning to think that we will see a rout come November.

  3. This news article makes me feel sick – abominations will do that to you. I used to be an elder in the Presbyterian Church of America (PCA). It is very Bible believing, so I hate it when these liberals get to use the name Presbyterian and bring shame on the Gospel.

    1. The news article doesn’t tell us which fragment of Presbyterianism this schmendrick represents. My guess would be PCUSA.

  4. As I read the article, I was grieved. The presence of this “reverend” in such a place as Planned Parenthood is so out of joint. Christ and the abortion business just don’t go together. What a difference there is between this example of a “minister” and how the early church saw a baby’s precious life: When a child who was born with an imperfect body as per the opinion of the ancient Greeks or Romans, he or she was simply put out somewhere to die. And no further thought was given to the child. The followers of Christ took many of these undesirable blessings from God, cared for them, and raised them up in the faith.
