High-Energy Cats

Boy, a lot of people sure provide their cats with cool toys. My cats won’t chase jingly balls. Give ’em a cardboard box and they’re happy. Check out what appears to be a Whack-a-Mole game for cats.

I think I’ll go play with my squeaky toy now.

I’ll have you know I am not one of those saps that wastes money on cat toys. Just last night as I surveyed my living room I doubt that there were more than $2,000 – $3,000 worth of cat toys visible at any given time, of course I’m talking about the living room only. There are actually times that I go 2-3 days between cat toy purchases. Anybody looking for a slightly used kidney? 🙂 🙂

    1. There’s a BBQ joint nearby with the best paper bags known to mankind. I pick up a replacement for her every couple of weeks, remove the handles and toss it on the floor. It is her favorite toy.

  2. these are some of the most clever cats yet. My two Siamese used to fight over the cardboard boxes- got quite mouthy with one another.
