‘Those Who Can’t Do, and Don’t Know How, Govern’ (2014)

Remember when President *Batteries Not Included declared it was impossible to bring manufacturing jobs back to America, and accused Donald Trump of spinning fantasies? And we have seen, with Mr. Trump in the White House, hundreds of thousands of jobs come back and unemployment rates go way down. So it wasn’t impossible, after all–

It was just impossible that any politician from our ruling class could ever make it happen. Because somehow, during the course of 200 years of history, we stumbled into this dreadful position of being governed by ignorant fools.

Do you really, truly believe any real-world problems can be solved by career politicians who have never stood in a checkout line, never had to get to work on time, never attempted to run a business, never had to spend within a strict budget because there was no more freakin’ money where that came from?

How did we ever wind up there?

And we will be marching straight back into Fort Ignorance, if we’re fool enough to elect any Democrats this November.

  1. These “important people” should read Psalm 62:10. That should take the wind out of their sails, but of course, most of them do not own a Bible and
few college educated people are too ignorant to understand anyway.

    1. The leaders who founded our country all had real jobs. Washington was a planter, a surveyor, and Army officer. Adams was a merchant. Ben Franklin did just about everything. They didn’t spend their entire adult lives sitting instead a political bubble crafting inane public policies and pontificating.

Our last president, on the other hand, never had a real job until he became president.

I remember when your first job was usually a paper route or something like that.

    2. Yes, politicians used to be a good example of work ethic. All except for Patrick Henry, he was a complete failure in everything he did, and was extremely lazy, and the only thing he could ever do right was speak.

My first job was when I was nine, my brother and I mowed lawns for about 5 or 6 neighbors.

  2. It’s going to be interesting to watch. I don’t see a Blue Wave, but I’m not sure where it will all end up.

    1. Oh, you’ll see a Blue wave all right! 90% of people coming out of the public school system are Democrats. So just think about when those people vote, and are voted in.

    2. How you ever watched the documentary called “Agenda 2” be Curtis Bowers? It exposes a 100+ year plan to destroy America. And also how it can be stopped. I really recommend it.

  3. People look to the government to create jobs, but that is not the role of government and they can’t actually create anything. The best thing any government can do is to get out of the way. Stop with all the red tape and regulations. That’s what made the factories move to China in the first place.

    1. The government is for the Sword, to protect the people from those within and without the country who seek to do the country harm. Anything beyond that is none of the government’s business. Anyway even if the government exceeds its bounds, all it can ever do is redistribute and redirect, it can never produce.

  4. As a side note to all this, the best news source out there is “The World View in 5 Minutes”. It brings the news 5 days a week through a biblical lens, giving a piece of news and then giving a Bible verse that relates to it. Fox, CNN, or CBS don’t do that, and it also talks about the Christian church around the world. That is done by Generations and The World View in 5 Minutes.
