I bring it up again because its formula seems to foreshadow the #MeToo movement, delivering a weird mixed message of unbridled sexual acting-out with the most severe consequences if anyone complains. Talk about a divided heart!
Pornography has been with us for thousands of years, but it doesn’t come in a plain brown wrapper anymore.
Since the #MeToo movement began with the calling out of Harvey Winestein, it seems most of the liberals accused of wrond doing have had legitimate claims brought against them, but the claims against conservatives have been proven to be illigitimate – hmmmm.
On that note I’ve found Rushdoony’s book Noble Savages to be very relevant on this topic
