At this writing, we are told the Senate this afternoon will vote to confirm Brett Kavanagh’s appointment to the Supreme Court. He’s expected to win by two votes. If that’s what happens, you won’t need me to tell you that it has. We’re going to watch Abbot and Costello Meet Frankenstein this afternoon. Sanity medicine. And my wife is having a bad day, so please keep praying for us.
What I can’t predict is to what degree of hysteria Democrats will react to this. They’ve already thrown everything at Kavanagh but the kitchen sink. Even wishy-washy Susan Collins seems to understand that if we allow the Democrats’ tactics to prevail, we will have lost our country.
Will they calm down now, or ramp it up even higher? Who knows? They’ve been in a blind rage since Election Night of 2016 and they haven’t calmed down yet.
What our country needs is a total wipe-out of Democrats in next month’s midterm elections. And if you’re registered to vote, that’s where you come in. An electoral disaster is the only punishment we can impose. We must not fail to do it.
I’m stocking up on toilet paper for the big wipeout in November. I’ll be monitoring the exit poll and handing out a sheet to everyone who voted democrat.

Protests and problems may be immense, and their origins will be global. If it is to be, the sooner the better for the speed and lower cost of victory

I, too, am praying for our country, as are the others in our church. It all seems so hopeless, but II Chronicles 7:14 is still in the Bible.
Meanwhile, at least today the bad guys were defeated.
Those that are paid to protest by Soros & Clinton will continue to make a stink, but the Left’s MSM is already starting to talk about Russia collusion again. Praise the Lord for Brett Kavanaugh staying strong through this whole persecution. He will be great on the Supreme Court. Now to upend Ruth Bader Ginsburg – that will be something to see!

I’m glad I had to have had the opportunity to hear most of Susan Collins’ 3 pm statement. I know that she often sides with Democrats and I was fully expecting her to change to a “no” vote but she didn’t and gave some good reasons how she came to her decision. The violence and scope of the protests happening because of the 51 to 49 vote is frightening. It’s like we’re seeing what I’ll call “monster” bullies nearly coming to the point where someone is liable to die from it all. And, yes, I’ll continue to pray for our nation and its Supreme Court because I know that God is at work in answering prayers. And I’ll say a prayer for your wife and also for Linda. Have a great time watching Abbott and Costello.
It would have been a catastrophe for our country, could the Democrats have won with such tactics. They stopped just short of violence–that is, actual violence in the Senate. Some of the Dems out on the street were ready to go that far.
The next few days will be interesting.
