Liquidator-ready Star Wars merchandise!

Yowsah, yowsah! The Star of Bethlehem–why, it was a spaceship! Ooga-booga!

Those spoilsports who said science fiction would rot your mind… Maybe they weren’t so far wrong, after all. Like for instance:

Hey! Has there been yet another Star Wars movie since I wrote this? I’ve lost count. Now that I’m no longer a liquidator, I’ve lost any reason I had for keeping track of Star Wars movies.

  1. The original Star Wars was an exceptional movie, but I don’t feel that the sequels were up to snuff. I watched one a while back and thought it was mediocre at best.

    1. I was the movie reviewer for The Bayshore Independent, and at that time, no one had heard of Star Wars. Patty and I were the only viewers in the theater. The manager was a friend, and he wanted me to review this movie that had him pretty excited. I came back with stills for the paper, too. So if our review was not the first, it was certainly among the first.

    2. It was better in the 70s–although there were a lot of rotters. A reviewer can’t go only to good movies. At least I got into the theaters for free.

    3. These days, you’d have to have a strong tolerance for Comic Book Hero garbage.
