See, now, the fun you do yourself out of, if you’ve got one of those noisy, nasty leaf-blowers (which I will outlaw, if I ever become king)? Nothing beats a dog with a big pile of leaves. With a supporting cast of cat, ferret,bunny, and raccoon.
Yes, I know it isn’t Autumn anymore. But it will be again, someday, so we might as well get started on it.
Animals sure know how to have fun. That little bunny jumping up at the leaves was great.
We had a dog named Snuffy who liked to plow into the piles of leaves I had created to bag up for disposal, so I would have to leash him to the wire fence in order to get my job done. How he loved those leaves (we had maple and sycamore trees at the time).
