Pups & Babies

Here’s a mystery that fascinates me. What actually goes on in the mind of a baby who’s still too young to talk? I mean, they can’t tell us, and yet there’s a complete human brain up there… But it hasn’t yet acquired a vocabulary. How do you think, you can’t talk?

But dogs and cats seem to have a knack for communicating with human babies. Do they have some kind of pre-language communication? Telepathy, maybe?

  1. Cute alright, however, when my sons were babies, I would not have allowed them to have a dog in their face like that. Maybe I was too fussy, but that was the way I saw it.

  2. Animals communicate with babies through gestures and actions, wordlessly, that same way that animals communicate with one another. If a dog comes up and licks you, it’s obvious that it’s being friendly; that sort of thing.

These are great to watch. Lots of innocent joy in these videos.

    1. I’m actually glad that they can’t. Imagine what would happen if they sided with the Left. 🙂
