Another Thing God Thought Of, But We Wouldn’t Have

How is it that you can actually make friends with some being as different as a lizard? Well, maybe we’re not as different as we thought: the same God made us all.

  1. I used to see a lizard now and then when I was a kid, but they were always small and green. This is an interesting looking critter.

    1. These lizards can puff themselves into a ball, which makes it hard to extract them when they take shelter in the rocks. I wonder what your little green lizards were. If you had a picture, I could probably tell you.

  2. It’s a well taken point; who but an amazing Creator would have bothered to take the time to make such an interesting little niche animal? There are all sorts of things in creation which don’t need to be here, but make life all the better because they are. Without banana peppers, the world would probably be just fine, but the occasional banana pepper adds to my enjoyment of life and it’s healthy, to boot. There are many more things of this nature that God came up with, which I would never have imagined had He not made these things.

Just dogs and cats, two animals out of all the multitude species in existence, and they are very beneficial to human society. Dogs are amazing as coworkers, besides being the best of companions. Cats come in very handy wherever people store grains in bulk, and they volunteer for the duty. They will keep mice away from stored grain and never ask for one red cent. But that same little predator is also the world’s most popular companion animal.
