Parents’ Protests Stop School’s ‘LGBT’ Lessons

In Birmingham, England–yeah, I know, it’s so un-PC to say “England”–officials at the Parkview School have halted “LGBT lessons” after parents pulled some 600 children out of the school as a protest (https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/uknews/birmingham-school-stops-lgbt-lessons-after-parent-protests/ar-BBUmeX4).

The Muslim population of Birmingham is a little over 20%, and all the parents quoted in the news article had Muslim names. Do you think school officials would have listened respectfully to protests by Christian parents? I don’t.

Last month 400 parents signed a petition against the lessons. The school took no action until after parents pulled out their children.

That could work for us in America, folks. Worth a try, don’t you think?

Parkview was teaching a curriculum–designed by a “gay” activist–“to promote LBGT equality” and “to challenge homophobia.” By “equality” they mean “gays are supreme and don’t you forget it!” The parents quoted in the story said they were objecting on the grounds that their children–aged four to eleven–were too young to be “taught” such material. School officials said the lessons would be shelved until Easter and not resumed until after “a full consultation with every parent.” Uh-huh.

The homosexual activist who created the curriculum has been honored with a Member of the British Empire award for his work in killing the culture. He’s lined up for other honors, too; but I’ll cover that in the next post.

  1. Lee, when I saw all those hijabs in the picture, I had the same thought that you had, i.e., the school would never have paid attention to Christian or Jewish parents, but they wouldn’t dare say “no” to the Muslims.

    1. But I think they *would* pay attention is 600 Christians pulled their kids out of the school and said they wouldn’t be coming back until the “LGBT curriculum” is permanently dropped. Certainly it’s worth a try!

    2. when the bible says accept the people as they are yet we always pick and choose. Thou shalt have no other gods before me, yet people pay more attention to priests. human make mistakes, and loving is much more honorable yet we pick and fighting for differences. Human being attracted to another human is such a beautiful thing and should not be ashamed of it. only love and peace to humanity and what good is human without humanity.

    3. 1 Corinthians 5:11, 1 John 1:9, 1 Peter 3:8 and many many others. I’m not christian but I love humanity and good in people. love your article. lets bring our humanity back

    4. i Cor. 5:11–“But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is ca,led a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.”

To me that doesn’t sound like allowing fornicators to educate your children.

    5. I believe in god is love. but fight gives a birth to another fight, anger, revenge, and all over again with all unpleasant energy, i believe thats the opposite from where we supposed to be. Would I still be happy after winning the war seeing my brothers and sisters’ blood on my hands. “Do not judge others because we all will be judged.” Sometimes our ego want people to change the way WE want them to be. but is that really love. like we aren’t the result of expectation of our parents, it has to be the freewill. I believe the freewill is the gift from higher above, we can’t focus it, just like everything in life. taking away somebody’s freewill, might be challenging the higher above.

Do you what the funny thing is? we all are doing this for love, care and to be cared. but all we do is fighting and giving anger to each others.

Just like every human emotion, happiness, sad, joy, anger is also contagious. Instead of fighting, we can simply love each others and accept them as who they are. Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.

Colossians 3:13 “bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.”

Only send my love and Joy. Hope you have amazing and beautiful day!

  2. It’s nice there is push back, but too bad it’s only Muslims. This must be quite a conundrum to the left. Two of their protected classes are fighting, who do they vilify?

The LGBT is a Trojan Horse for promoting Marxism and every godless perversion. With the internet it has literally swept the world. I’ve never seen corruption spread so quickly before. Surely, this is a sign of the end times.

    1. Thank you, Watchman! I’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks the rot has spread with breathtaking speed.

I look forward to the steel cage match: Islam vs. LBGT and feminists.

    2. fight only give a birth to another fight, anger, revenge. before our name, ethnicity, gender, and sexuality we are one as human race and we are much more connected them we could possibly imagine. humanity is such a beautiful thing and we should not be losing our heart over such a small differences. heart is such a beautiful tool that we could use more often and we could be more kinder than we could. love and peace for everybody. cheers to such a beautiful, amazing life.

  3. It’s time to united us as one human race. Us versus them never works out because it creates another fights. what good is human without humanity. we can be all love and joy yet focusing the differences we have.
