Today was the 77th annual Inchworm Rodeo at Pongo City, Kentucky–but I couldn’t possibly write it up until I get a bigger audience. Suffice it to say that the Living Legend of Inchworm Rodeo fully lived up to expectations, and the unimaginable calamity that befell last year’s Inchworm Rodeo was not repeated.
Oh, well. Maybe tomorrow. If the numbers are good. Inchworm Rodeo only comes once a year, and I wouldn’t want to waste it.
What amazing creatures! I’ve heard of them, but I don’t know that I’ve ever seen one, until this video.
Inchworms are the larvae of a moth family with over 1,000 species in North America, coast to coast and all places in between. I don’t know how you could have avoided seeing any. I suspect systemic racism.
Nah! Nuttin’ like that. It’s just heteronormativity with intersectional micro-Grecians 🙂
I’ve heard of cockroach races, but Inchworms is a new one on me. I am a competitive person so I would be all in for Inchworm rodeo’s.
Maybe tomorrow… I won’t have a car, so I might as well write up the rodeo.
