I can’t help being curious about this–what’s your favorite Bell Mountain book? There are 11 of them in print so far, with Nos. 12 (His Mercy Endureth Forever) and 13 (The Wind from Heaven) on the way: eleven of them from which to choose.
And if you haven’t read any of them yet–well, Christmas is coming sooner than you think, and these books make great gifts, if I do say so myself.
But if you have read some or all of them, or even just one, which one do you like the most? I can’t even guess what you’re going to say. And don’t ask me which one is my favorite, because I’m the author and they’re all my babies.
Oh, fap! Now I’ve gone and tantalized myself. Now I really can’t wait to read your replies.
There all your babies…. that cracked me up!!!!
Ooooh!!! I want these books so badly!!!!!!!!!!!
I have only read #1 so far (Bell Mountain) and enjoyed it very much. Now I’ve passed it on to my avid fantasy reader grandson, Matthew, and am looking forward to his reaction. And then to sending him the rest of the series for Christmas!
No. 2, The Cellar Beneath the Cellar, is waiting for you, Ev!
Hopefully I’ll get to read it before it’s time to send off the set.
It’s difficult to say which one I like best, because I feel as though that’s like saying I think less of the others. But bearing in mind that I like all that I’ve read so far, the first book is still my favorite simply because it WAS my first and therefore my introduction to the others. 🙂
I love the very first. By the second page, my interest was captured and I wanted to know what would happen next. That level of interest remained constant throughout the entire book.
“The Last Banquet” is my favorite. This is the book that introduces Gurun, one of my favorite characters. Also, the final scene of the last banquet is amazing!
That is also my favorite!!!
