Holy Cow! We Don’t Trust the Nooze Media???

Say it ain’t so, Joe!

I’m afraid it is, kid.

In a new Gallup poll, 33% have no trust at all in the nooze media and another 27% have “not very much trust” (https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/washington-secrets/just-9-trust-media-a-great-deal-33-none-at-all-highest-ever). Yowch. That’s 60%.

Only 9%–good grief, where did they come from?–trust the media “a great deal.” And 73% of Democrats expressed trust in the noozies. What does that tell us?

What we’re talking about here is a product that 60% of the public says is just no good, it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do, it stinks. How long do you suppose a car company would stay in business with numbers like that?

The noozies are paying the price for siding 100% with the Democrats and against America. We know they despise us. We are learning to despise them.

  1. The sad thing is that the nooze people don’t care what the polls say. They’re hooked into a power combine that’s unanswerable to anyone and that can silence opposition (viz. Big Tech). And (sad thing again), despite what the polls say, people keep tuning in to their broadcasts; reading their periodicals, websites, and blogs; and using their textbooks and other “educational” products.

This is one of the problems in an incipiently totalitarian society. The people don’t have to like or trust their rulers. They just have to obey them. There’s no other option.

    1. For many years “the news” was the only way people had to find out what was going on in their country and the world. Unhappily for all of us, “news” has become politically corrupt (that’s even worse than politically correct) and no replacement for it has yet been established: the media will fight to keep their stranglehold on information.

  2. Just as I am astounded that people have surrendered freedom so easily, I am equally astounded that so few people seem to realize that they empower the news, every time they watch it.

    1. If people used any sense, their ratings would be zero. Literally zero. If no one watched, the advertising revenue would dry up and they would be gone: instantly.

  3. The major news outlets are on their way to extinction. Young people do not watch them – they get all their info online. Podcasts a so very superior to the TV talking heads with their producers in their ear controlling the show and cutting off guests. Podcast have all the time in the world to discuss the subjects at hand and to go in depth.

    1. Not unlike the newspapers, they are obsolete. The problem is, whereas newspapers and television network news were judged on their reputations (at least were, at one time), podcasts come and go and can lie with virtual impunity.
