Y’know, I went out and bought one of these gadgets for my cats–spent money on it!–and they never showed the slightest interest in it. They are strictly into cardboard boxes and brown paper bags. Robbie doesn’t even like the yo-yo.
When, O, when will I ever learn not to spend any money on amusement for cats?
Iggy had a number of favorite toys that he batted all over the house. He also enjoyed the feathers-on-a-pole toy that I had to wave around for him. But he no longer has any interest in his toys, even when I bat or toss one toward him.
Robbie has outgrown all her cat toys, but still digs cardboard boxes and paper bags.
