‘Pope: “The People Are Sovereign”‘ (2016)

This is how Pope Francis weaseled out of saying whom he supported in America’s 2016 presidential election.

Pope: ‘The People Are Sovereign’

He was caught between a rock and a hard place. If he endorsed Hillary Clinton, he was endorsing the Abortion Queen. And he couldn’t back Trump: Pope Francis doesn’t think the USA should have a border.

So he took refuge in “The people are sovereign–”

Not that he believes it for a minute.

  1. Even worse is that he’s “evolved” since then, so that he heartily endorses the pro-abortion Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden.

I’ve tried praying for this man’s conversion, but every time I even think about him my gorge rises. So instead I pray daily for priests and bishops in general. As Bishop of Rome, the Pope is included in that group.

    1. I think it’s not quite Biblical to help the ungodly, even by praying for them after they’ve passed a certain point. Remember, Jehoshaphat was scolded by a prophet for helping Ahab.

    2. Well, I figure that if even a sinner like me could repent, convert, and accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, maybe even Pope Francis can be saved. God has worked bigger miracles.
