Overslept, computer wouldn’t work, zero likes and zero comments… I guess what I need just now is a hymn.
First one to come up today: Praise Ye the Lord, the Almighty, sung by the Altar of Praise Men’s Chorale.

I’m having a rough day, not feeling well at all, and in a couple of hours I have to go out to get my picture taken for the parish directory. Ugh. Meanwhile, I have to feed Iggy and try to eat something myself, so I won’t be around again until later. What I think I’d like to come back to (here comes a hymn request) is “The Old Rugged Cross.” Alan Jackson would be nice, but I’ll take any other good straightforward version.
I’ll be glad to post that for you, Phoebe.
Such a beautiful hymn, and so easy for a congregation to sing to. Prayers for Phoebe.
Phoebe, you are in our prayers.
I love this hymn. We sing it often. My favorite line:
Ponder anew what the Almighty can do,
If with His love he befriends you.
Thank you, everyone, for your prayers. And Elder Mike, I love those lines too.
