People who live in cultures in which there’s no sentiment for animals are missing out on something good.
Where I live, my chances of ever even meeting a donkey, let alone owning one, are non-existent. But they do come across nicely on video, don’t they?
They seem to have a lot of personality, and imagination. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen one, face-to-face.
