What a charming little creature. I occasionally watch a YouTube channel called Bobcat TB, operated by a young woman who keeps unusual animals. Among her menagerie have been some beavers, and they can be challenging, but also rewarding. They need something to gnaw on, all the time, and they try to build dams on every occasion. Like all of God’s creatures, they do what their instincts direct, and have hearts of gold.
They are wonders to behold. Going about their business as God intended.
If only humans would do the same.
