I had really wanted to post more today, but my time was taken up by tasks and errands that had to be done.
It is amazing how time will fly with just a couple of stops. My town is very small, but in this cold it makes more sense to take the car. And it still takes up more time than one would think possible.
I also spent time on the phone with Chase. They have closed out Lee’s credit card and there is a small balance (which I paid last week) but they have not posted it yet. No problem or delinquency, they will call if it has not posted within two weeks. Having been a bookkeeper for about a million years, I tend to be very quick on the draw when it comes to paying bills. As soon as I get it, I pay it.
School is also back in session, so after two o’clock or thereabouts, the traffic starts up.
I should not have anyplace to go tomorrow, so I will try to get more posts of some interesting things.

Yep, the Monday after New Year’s Day, when everyone finally goes back to work. I went to one of my favorite restaurants today and it was closed, so I drove slightly farther and went to an even better restaurant and had the best Huevos Rancheros imaginable. The waitress is one I can only remember seeing once before, but she remembered my order and asked me if I wanted the same thing. That definitely helped to push the tip upward.
Sounds nice.
