P.S.–Erlene, Patty wants to remind you that sometimes it’s easy to turn off your computer’s speakers by accident, or hit the wrong key and mute the video, again by accident; so you might want to check that. Come to think of it, it’s happened to me; and there I sat, puzzled, no sound… and I only had to turn the sound back on.
Thanks to Patty for suggestion. In this case, it is something else. My son can watch movies on the computer, sound and all, but the problem is because of an outdated browser. I am going to try to order a new computer for myself, since I already have all the peripherals. I can always use all the help I can get, though.
I have no idea what an outdated browser could be: you’re ahead of me there.
