Germany to Crack Down on ‘Dissidents’

Lock ’em all up, Nancy? So much for “the Free World.”

Bad habits die hard. Germany’s bad habit is authoritarianism, and it shows no signs of dying.

And so the German government has announced plans to rein in “dissidents” because any movement against government policy is “right-wing extremism” blah-blah (https://www.eugyppius.com/p/germany-announces-wide-ranging-plans).

Consider this quote by Interior Minister Nancy Faeser:

“Those who mock the state must have to deal with a strong state, which means prosecuting and investigating every offense.”

Note the order in which this is to happen: Prosecute first, investigate later. But hey, the state has “to control the thoughts and speech patterns”… of Germans!

(Democrat reaction: “Can’t we do that?” Licking their chops with envy.)

Freedom is the gift of God–and sinners in power never stop trying to take it away from us. Serve God or serve the bad guys. I’d call that a no-brainer.
