It’s Thursday, already

This week has pretty much flown by.

I do have this one issue–I just can’t seem to get two good days back to back.  It’s early days yet, I know .  Be patient, Pat.

My granddaughter broke her arm last week in a fall.  I’m sure that will prevent her coming up for a few extra weeks, but that’s OK.  I am nowhere near ready for that yet.  There is still a great deal of stuff to be done.  I have to do something with a lot of Lee’s clothes and possessions that I won’t be keeping.  There are a few select things that I will hang on to.  In fact there are a few things that I will keep for the rest of my days.

What I could really use would be about 5 young, muscular nephews.  And a janitorial crew.

Oh well, tomorrow is another day.

I have to keep that in mind.

God bless everybody.

Patty

  1. Yes, Rome was not built in a day! Just do small tasks when you are up to it and save the bigger tasks for when you have help or are ready to tackle them. The time will come, trust me!

  2. I am a bachelor for three days while my wife stays with our recovering from surgery daughter. I can’t believe how quiet it is, except for hearing her voice in my head telling me what I am doing wrong 🙂

    1. It does get very quiet when you are alone. I hope your daughter is doing well, Dave and she is in my prayers. I have always had the habit of talking to myself and Lee used to say if i had nobody to give orders to, I would give orders to myself.
