Rats are fun. Our girls were pretty clever. They did pass away young. The vet said that a lot of them would develop cancer because so many of them were bred in labs for that purpose.

What a brilliant little cutie. I knew that rats were smart, but I didn’t know that they were that smart.
Rats are fun, but their life spans are so short.
That’s the sad thing. I’ve had hamsters, and they tend not to live too long, either.
