He definitely has an expressive face, and there’s something almost human, about his eyes.
As for the mealtime thing, I can relate. My cat demands to be part of mealtime. She wants a taste of anything I eat.
She’s deciding if it meets with her approval.
Definitely. I was late getting to bed tonight, and after a while, she started meowing at me for not being in the right place at the tight time.
She’s the boss.
I’ll have to ask her permission before I can answer that. 🙂 she gets what she wants, pretty much all the time, but she more than pays me back in companionship and affection. I took her out on a leash yesterday, for some fresh air, and she so obviously enjoys it. When it was time to come in, I called her name and she came right over to me, without coaxing, or my having to pull on her leash. She’s spirited, but overall, very obedient.
When I went for a short bike ride on this warm, but cloudy and blustery day, she saw me off from the front window, and was waiting for me when I got back.
That is a gift that pets give that is priceless.
In recent years, I have reevaluated a lot of my conclusions about life and have concluded that out relationship with animals is very important. We live in a fallen world, and our relationship with the animal world is not what God originally intended. Things will be much better when all is restored.
Make that the right place at the right time.
