That’s unusual for a cat, but not unheard of. My cat is fascinated with water, but doesn’t like baths, or anything like that.
I’ve known of cats who loved to play with a dripping faucet.
My cat KNOWS that faucets were made her, and her alone. Anytime that I go near a faucet, she expects me to open a trickle of water that she can drink growing up.
