OK, enough is enough. Today we are still under a tornado watch. No joke. We had a massive thunderstorm that seemed to last forever. It was the type of heavy storm that usually lasts a few minutes, but this baby went on for over an hour. Yikes. They are supposed to continue off and on overnight as well.
Needless to say, this really interfered with my posts. I had to sneak things in when there were gaps in the action. And there weren’t many gaps.
I truly don’t like that sort of thing. In fact, it scares the hell out of me.
Lee always had to talk me down when the weather got like that.
Ought to be a fun night tonight, if this keeps up like they are predicting.
It’s funny, because when I ran out to the store this morning, it was fine. Overcast and gray, but not even rain.
I sense ravioli in my future. Thank heaven for our local restaurant.

Tornado watch? I wouldn’t have imagined this to be common in New Jersey. The odds are strongly in your favor, so try not to let it frighten you. I’ve heard that there is a lot of smoke from Canadian wildfires, as well. Whatever the case, this too shall pass.
FWIW, our weather has been all over the place, of late. Lots of clouds, rain every few days and ever changing conditions.
Yes, we do have occasional tornado watches here. We really hit the jackpot yesterday, it was not so good.
Tornadoes are not fun, that’s for sure. I was terrified of them when I was a kid in Minnesota. I saw a huge one once, in Denver. Unbelievable!
