This is the family of antibiotics than can attack your tendons (destroying them). This drug was implicated in the death of one of my favorite artists, Bobby Caldwell. They should not be used as casually or as often as they are. Now there is evidence of suicidal ideation in patients taking these drugs. Poison.
WTH?! I thought that we were supposed to have protections in place to keep us safe from such things. This is very frustrating to imagine.
This drug has been a problem for years. It should be used with far more caution than it is.
Antibiotics are not always carefully prescribed. They are over-prescribed, which puts the efficacy of them at risk. They should be used with the utmost of caution.
