The title says it all, folks. That’s what I had here today. It was threatening rain all day and now the thunder has started up. It always starts at the time of day when I knock off and want to watch a little TV. I have been watching an old series on YouTube and I do look forward to doing that while I put my supper together. I do not, however, like to be on the computer if we are having an active thunderstorm.
I think I could use a vacation.
A vacation from what, you might ask.
That’s a darn good question–I’ll have to think about it.
Now the rain has really started out there.

That is me hiding from the lightning.
Those gray, gloomy days can get to a person. Our rains have paused, at least for a while. It seems like a good year for rain, and I’m always grateful for that. Thankfully, mercifully, this has been a cooler than normal summer, and I am very thankful for that. Hang in, the clouds will clear and the blue sky and the sun are still where they have always been.
It is cooler again this year, like it was last year.
It’s been a strange weather year.
I hope we are not heading for another brutal winter.
No telling.
I truly hope not.
You’ve had more than your share of bad weather, over the last year.
Just praying it doesn’t happen again. As it is I will have to do a bit more in the shape of preparing for winter this year.
