Is it me, or are these incidents happening more frequently? I do not know this actress (not very big on pop culture, folks) but it seems like these incidents of passengers going whacko on flights are happening more and more. Ordinary people, plus a celeb now. What’s in that cabin air?
No, it isn’t just you. This sort of thing was unheard of in the past. Fortunately, it’s essentially impossible to open the door on any pressurized airplane while at altitude.
Unless this can be entirely credited to a truly medical cause, there will be serious legal consequences. Assaulting cabin crew during a flight is, to the best of my knowledge, a Federal crime.
This is a very strange time. People are losing their grip on reality with startling frequency. I’ve seen it with my own eyes.
It seems like too many people are just going crazy. Above any statistical norm.
I’ve personally watched at least two people just flat out lose their grip on reality. A friend just told me about one of his friends that just recently lost it.
That is something one would not want to see.
It can be quite unpleasant. I know of at least one person who simply became a different person. Looked different, talked differently and even changed their appearance.

It was, and a bit scary. To this day, I don’t know what happened, although I suspect some underlying mental illness that became uncontrollable. Either way, it was a bit scary, and culminated in a situation where I feared for my safety. Fortunately, it turned out alright.
