The jackasses running the schools in Waukegan, Illinois, want to change the name of Thomas Jefferson (you know–the guy who wrote the Declaration of Independence) & Daniel Webster Middle School and rename it after Far Left fat-heads. Well, hell, the kids weren’t going to learn anything about the Declaration anyway, were they?
But of course there’s no pleasing the Wokies; so now they’re “protesting” renaming the school after that pair of cranks because–get this–those Obamas didn’t do enough for “the undocumented community”! Gasp! So all the–what? what’s that word?–all the “Latinx”–didn’t they use to be “Latinos”?–are bellyaching over it.
Thomas Jefferson has to go, though. He owned slaves. Never mind that it was hundreds of years ago. The Wokies are offended! If it means getting rid of the Declaration of Independence, that’s a small price to pay!
Ah! Y’know, every single day of that Obama presidency insulted and offended me–and we all just had to suck it up, didn’t we? When all he ever was, was the Racist in Chief. His legacy is the fomentation of racial animosity. He did more to drive people apart than anyone ever did to bring them together. Well, even a schlub like Obama can manage to do evil.
But, see, the public doesn’t own the public schools. If the people who paid for them actually owned them, you’d see some really big changes. But that’s one of those things that Democrats will never allow to happen.
