‘Sing We Triumphant Hymns of Praise’

Before we get involved with any of the uniformly bad news of this evil age, here are some ordinary people in their church, singing a well-known, classic hymn. If you’re a Christian, you’ve heard it many times–and sung it, too.

But I am old enough now to know that sometimes it’s the ordinary things that really matter, that go straight to your heart.

God made us that way–and how unsearchable is His wisdom, and His ways past finding out! Praise the Sovereign Lord, who has already marked on His calendar the date for the destruction of all the evils of this world. Their pride will vanish in the blink of an eye; and if we seek for any trace of their glory, we will not find it.

P.S.–The hymn shop is open 24/7! Don’t be shy–tell me your favorite hymns, so we can all share them. Take advantage of this many-times-only offer today!

  1. Thank you, Lee. Hymns to start out our day is such a blessing. May I request ‘There Will Be Peace In The Valley’? This hymn refers to Isaiah 11.

    1. Can you? Well, you just did!
This is a nice hymn, and I’m going to post it right now.
The fact that I, personally, prefer the old stuff isn’t all that important. The new hymns that stand the test of time will be good old stuff someday.
