One or two of these are obvious set-ups, so we can ignore them. But as for the rest… Well, it looks like maybe cats and dogs have been hanging around with humans for a little bit too long.
But not long enough to figure out the proper use of toilet paper.
Personally, I would recommend never introducing a cat to the wonders of toilet paper.
