Our month of June fell just 53 hits short of 6,000. Oh, well. So we start a new one.
The temptation for me is to get hung up on the numbers. I pray that doesn’t happen.
In our own small way, using the tools that He has given us, we are trying to advance God’s Kingdom. I say “we” because I mean “we”–all of us together. There wouldn’t be much here without your readership, and your comments.
And so I say “Thank you” to all of you who take part in this small enterprise.
The cat video comes later.
No, no, Lee — thank YOU! You’ve created an oasis where thirsty souls can refresh themselves. Thank you for the common sense, the beautiful hymns and devotions, the chance to fellowship with kind people (and, okay, also with an occasional troll, but that keeps us from getting complacent), and, yes, for Joe Collidge and the cat videos. 🙂

I certainly appreciate our little community. Sorry that you didn’t hit 6,000, but 5,947 is within 1% and big round numbers are overrated anyhow. 🙂
