I never had a dog who had any trouble going up or down stairs. But this video suggests that a lot of dogs do. Some can only go up if they do it backwards. Some belly-flop down the stairs on purpose. Others, not on purpose. Maybe they should all watch that video of the hamster climbing up a flight of stairs. Might learn something.
Yeah, the hamster could teach them what they obviously do not understand.
That surprising. Every dog I’ve ever been around has bounded up and down stairs without effort. I do recall, however, that when a dog is first introduced to stairs, it can take a couple of instruction sessions before they get the hang of it.
Cute! My dog likes to play this game where he sits at the bottom and barks and then the moment I go down to get him, he runs up them with no problem.
Hope none of the dogs were hurt. Some of it looked painful.
