This astonishingly patient woman is trying to play Chopin’s Fantasie Impromptu Op. 66 (otherwise known as “Long Tall Sally,” I believe) on her piano, but her cat has other ideas. I wonder if Chopin has always had this effect on cats. Or is it true, as they say, that Chopin’s own cat, Fuzzy, wrote a good half of Chopin’s music?
“There are two means of refuge from the miseries of life: music and cats.” Albert Schweitzer – Humanitarian (1875 – 1965)
I agree with Schweitzer. Ever try to play a guitar while a cat walked up the neck?
I don’t play the guitar, but I have had a cat who thought he had to help
every time I went on the keyboard. wasn’t really any help.
Cats subscribe to a completely different theory of harmony than humans. In feline theory, any note that the cat plays sounds good and serves to improve a human’s playing. 🙂
I’m sure that is true.
Wow!
Cute, funny, and amazing at the same time!!!
