Cats and dogs just love to turn the tables on each other–especially, it seems, when there’s a camera present. “How can I make this dog look like a total doofus?” wonders the cat. Or, “Here’s where I make the cat jump out of his skin in front of all these people!” You’d swear they do it on purpose.
They sure love to yank one another’s chain. 🙂
I’m sure cats have a sense of humor and love to pull pranks. My cat Henry used to hide on me–well, he thought he was hiding–and jump out and grab my ankle when I passed.
I’ve seen evidence of that, as well. I once had a dog that loved to tease me. My cat pulls some interesting stunts. Yesterday, I had an important phone call and she was all but doing backflips to get my attention. The point being, she knew that something was going on and she wanted to razz me a bit.
When our dog wants the kitten to chase him, he sneaks up behind her and tugs on her tail. 🙂
