Well, we’re closing in on that 48 hours Verizon said would be needed to fix our internet outage.

This little post disappeared while I was writing this.

I’d better post it now before it conks out again.

  1. Hmmm … according to the picture, you’re actually trying to use those smoke signals that I joked about in a previous comment. But I didn’t mean that you should try sending them from your computer! 🙂

    Maybe Verizon meant 48 “business” hours, i.e., counted 9-5 on weekdays only. Or hours measured on Jupiter. Or wherever the dart landed on their Estimates To Give The Suckers-Oops-We-Mean-Customers dartboard.
